Popular Liquid Diet Weight Loss



Have you ever stopped and thought about having liquid diet weight loss program? It is just practical to think of such diet modifications knowing the benefits of liquid to losing weight. Most women, who are health savvy, love to drink up to their health and the beauty of their body. However they love to do it, it is a very challenging task to stick on a diet plan. Tea and coffee are also allowed with no or small amount of sweeteners. Knick knacks on solid can be done but, only sparingly.
2.         Citrus juice diet. The juice can be grapefruit, orange of lemon. Among the three, lemon is the preferred choice by many. Why? It is because, lemon has its reputation of making you leaner in a shorter span of time compared to other citrus fruits. It is like offering you a crash course diet. Dieters tend to push themselves too much on this that they turn out to be abusive to their body by depriving themselves to eat. Of course, lemon can give many beneficial effects on the body especially on the immune system. But, there are also other things, like nutrients, that the body needs to stay healthy.
3.         The Junger diet. This is not slang for “Hunger diet”. This is, actually the name of the doctor, Dr. Alejandro Junger, who made this diet concept. He made one famous Hollywood star as his model for this type of liquid diet.  It is composed of fresh juices in the morning and in the evening. Solid foods are eaten on lunch and in between the liquid schedule. This provides a good amount of nutrients to the body that is enough to sustain your daily workout. This is, actually, its best quality. You can still do your exercise routines and dieting, at the same time, without feeling so weak.
4.         Fruit juice liquid diet weight loss. The thing here is simple as you have to take in only smoothies of fruits, although out the day. The result is faster slimming period but, there is a feeling of weakness. So, the trick here is to limit your dieting period for three to five days only then eat regular diet. It is because your body needs carbohydrates and proteins, too. You can, again, return to redo your fruit juice liquid diet weight loss after you have regained your strength.
If, finally you have made up your mind to confine yourself in a diet program, you have to take some warning advice. They are:
1.         Know yourself. Are you sure you can stick to this diet plan no matter what temptations get in your way?
2.         See a doctor. Some diets are not well suitable for you. You have to check with a doctor to know if your body can cope up with the eating modifications.
3.         Be learned. Have a great knowledge about the diet plan you choose.
